As an IFBB fitness professional, I will explain how to work out to achieve a beautifully sculpted fitness body. You will also receive lots of diet tips. The gallery contains my best pictures from the beaches of California as well as competition shots.

  • Figure Olympia 2004!
    On October 29th I participated in Figure Olympia, in Las Vegas. I was the first Finnish contestant chosen to compete for the title.
